Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Upgrade'. Select your new plan and complete checkout through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.

We offer full refunds within the first 7 days of any new paid subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@replr.ai.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.

Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Manage Billing'. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage payment methods.

We'll retry the charge a few times over the next week. If it continues to fail, your subscription will be paused and you'll be downgraded to the Free plan. Update your payment method to reactivate.

Creators earn 70% of revenue generated by their published characters. Payouts require a minimum of $25 and are processed through Stripe Connect. See the Creator Agreement for full details.
