Frequently asked questions
Can I try REPLR for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 messages per day, 1 REPLR, and basic memory — no credit card required.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans save you 20%. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
On the Free plan, you'll be asked to wait until the next day or upgrade. Paid plans include unlimited text messages, so limits only apply to voice minutes and REPLR count.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid plan. After that, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
What's included in the Creator plan?
The Creator plan includes everything in Pro plus Creator Studio with analytics, A/B testing for your characters, marketplace publishing, and a 70% revenue share on any earnings your published characters generate.
Do you offer enterprise or team plans?
