How do I create a Comic?
Getting Started
Go to Create → Comics to open the comic generator. The creation flow has four steps:
- Synopsis — write a short description of your comic's story. Include the setting, characters, and key events. The AI uses this to generate panel-by-panel artwork and dialogue.
- Art style — choose from six visual styles (Manga, Western Comic, Graphic Novel, Cartoon, Pixel Art, Watercolor)
- Panel count — select between 2 and 12 panels. More panels allow for more complex storytelling.
- Click Generate — the AI creates your comic in 30-90 seconds depending on panel count
Writing a Good Synopsis
The synopsis is the most important input. Tips for better results:
- Be specific about actions — describe what happens in each major beat of the story
- Name your characters — the AI renders them more consistently when named
- Describe the setting — indoor/outdoor, time of day, mood, and atmosphere
- Keep it focused — a 4-panel comic works best with a single scene or joke. Save complex narratives for 8-12 panel comics.
After Generation
Once generated, you can preview each panel, download individual panels or the full comic, share via link, or regenerate any panel you are not happy with.
Tip Start with 4-panel comics to get a feel for how the AI interprets your synopsis. Scale up to longer formats once you understand the prompting style.
