What are Groups?
Overview
Groups are community spaces where members gather around shared interests. Each group has its own feed, member list, roles, and moderation tools — somewhere between a Discord server and a Reddit community.
What You Can Do in a Group
- Post text, images, and links to the group feed
- Comment on and react to other members' posts
- Mention members with
@username to get their attention
- Pin important posts so they stay at the top
- Browse the member list and view profiles
Group Types
- Public — anyone can find and join instantly from the Explore page
- Private — visible in search but require owner approval to join
- Invite-only — hidden from search, join only via invite link
Groups are free to create and join on all plans. Some advanced features like custom banners require a paid plan.
