We rely on our community to help us identify issues. Whether you have encountered inappropriate content, a safety concern, or any violation of our policies, we want to hear about it.
How to Report
There are multiple ways to submit a report. Choose the method that is most convenient for you:

What Happens After You Report
Every report is reviewed. Here is what you can expect:
Acknowledgment
You will receive confirmation that your report has been received within 24 hours. For in-app reports, acknowledgment is immediate.
Investigation
A member of our Trust & Safety team reviews the reported content, considers context and intent, and evaluates it against our policies. Emergency reports (child safety, violence, self-harm) are prioritized.
Resolution
You will be notified of the outcome. Standard reports are resolved within 72 hours. Emergency reports are resolved within 24 hours. Enforcement actions are taken as needed.
Emergency Situations
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.
REPLR is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is at risk of harm, please contact emergency services first, then report to us.
Reporting for Parents & Guardians
If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's experience on REPLR, please contact us at safety@replr.ai with the subject line "Parent Safety Report."
You do not need to have a REPLR account to submit a report. We will work with you to investigate your concerns and take appropriate action. For more information about parental tools, visit our Parental Insights page.
Anonymous Reporting
We accept anonymous reports. You do not need to provide your name or email address to report a concern. However, providing contact information allows us to follow up with you about the outcome and ask clarifying questions if needed.
Reports submitted through the in-app report button are associated with your account by default, but you can also submit anonymous reports via the form below or by emailing safety@replr.ai from a non-identifying email address.
